For Conference Registrations:
Refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be given to registrants who cancel on or before 30 days prior to the first day of the meeting. If notice is received after that time and before 7 days prior to the first day of the meeting, refunds will be granted less a $150 processing fee. No refunds will be granted thereafter. Meeting materials will automatically be mailed to prepaid registrants who did not receive a refund and were not able to attend.
 
For Membership Dues:
Refunds are not permitted for dues unless the charge was made in error or permission for a dues refund has been granted by the Executive Director or Executive Committee of the College’s Board of Directors.
