Schedule for the Admission of New Fellows
For a nomination to be considered in any given year, the completed nomination packet must have been received by the Chair of the Membership Committee by 5:00pm EST on December 31 of the prior year. (Extended to January 18, 2017 for the 2017 class only.)

Membership Committee confers and considers current year’s applications
Deadline for the Membership Committee to submit its Annual Report on Nominees to the President and the Executive Committee. The Annual Report on Nominees shall list the names of those nominees whom the Membership Committee recommends for fellowship, together with the nomination packets for those nominees. The President of the College shall forward the Membership Committee’s Annual Report on Nominees (including nomination packets) to the Board of Directors.
Deadline for the Membership Committee to submit to the Executive Committee a Memorandum stating the reason(s) that the remaining nominees are not recommended for fellowship, together with the nomination packets for these nominees.
College's Spring Meeting (generally held in April)
Board of Directors considers and votes on recommended candidates for admission to fellowship.
Invitation letter from President of the College to each nominee voted into fellowship by the Board of Directors. The invitation must be accepted by the payment of dues within 120 days of the date of the invitation.
Letter from President of the College to each nominee who was not voted into fellowship.
NOTE: All candidates must provide to the nominator a completed Arbitration Experience Summary form, a letter of interest and a current resume. The required forms are provided below in Word and PDF formats and must accompany each New Fellow application/nomination.
